ReformerFit at PilatesInt Broadway!

Starting Monday 28th November 2016 we will be running our amazing ReformerFit classes at the Broadway Studio. Classes will be a maximum of 4 people in the class and run for 45 mins duration. Join these highly addictive classes specially designed to increase your heart rate, challenge your core strength and create a leaner, stronger you! Times are:
Mondays: 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am

Wednesdays: 11.30am, 12.30am, 1.30pm

Friday: 3.00pm, 4.00pm, 5.00pm

Happy Birthday Carola Trier!

Carola Strauss Trier
Teaching Lineage: Joseph H. Pilates
Carola Trier (May 26th, 1913 – October 28th, 2000) was a German refugee who spent 22 years in show business. Her family immigrated to the USA in the late 30s, but Carola stayed behind in Europe to continue her performing career. She heroically escaped the Gurs Internment camp in France, prior to her camp mates being transferred to Auschwitz. In 1942 Carola was able to immigrate to New York.
